Randolph Pointe field day!
Remember how field day in school was the BEST day of the school year? We are bringing back the fun at our very own Randolph Pointe Field Day on Friday, 14 August. The fun and friendly competition starts at 6:30PM. We will have a balloon toss, 3 legged race, egg race, and many other childhood favorite games. Of course we will also have FREE refreshments and prizes. You are welcome to bring a friend along for the fun as well. See you there!
Got mail?
Have a package coming that is too big for your mailbox or has to be signed for? Any packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, or the USPS are signed for by staff at the clubhouse. This a courtesy to you and you can pick up your packages Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 10am-5pm.
Only you can prevent fires
Just a reminder to dispose of cigarette butts properly. Although we have been fortunate for a few summer showers, the extreme heat continues to make the grass and landscape for susceptible to fires due to cigarette butts and ashes that are not disposed of properly. Randolph Pointe experienced another small fire due to an improperly disposed cigarette butt. This is the third fire the community has experienced due to improperly disposed of cigarette butts since May. We love our residents and our community and do not want to see anyone get injured by something that could have been prevented. We appreciate your help in the matter.
PCSing?
If you received PCS orders, do not forget to swing by the community office as soon as you receive them and provide us a copy so that we can help you set up your Notice to Vacate. It is that easy – we want to make your transition to your next duty station as easy as possible.

A typical household consumes 182 gallons of soda, 29 gallons of juice, 104 gallons of milk and 26 gallons of bottled water a year. That's a lot of containers - make sure they're recycled!
