After hours work order emergencies happen and are on call maintenance technicians diligently work to get each of them completed as quickly as possible. After hours, the Corvias on all maintenance is a skeleton crew. Unlike normal business hours, for after hour calls, residents must be home when the technician responds. Ensuring that residents are home saves the technician time as they do not have to obtain keys to gain access to the home. If a resident is not home when the technician responds, they will tag the door and the resident will need to return the call so that the technician can arrange to return to the home and complete the work order.
Did you know that Fort Bragg is a Tree City, USA? The National Arbor Day Foundation recognizes Tree City USA communities for their commitment to environmental improvements and tree maintenance.
We have received many questions from residents concerning landscaping in the common areas. There are areas throughout housing that we mow less frequently and/or are allowing native vegetation to grow back into - many of these areas are specifically left to grow back in to assist with and prevent further erosion. Additionally, many areas that are adjacent to and near our neighborhoods that are maintained by the Army / DPW are being maintained in the same way.
If you have a question concerning any landscaping area you see in the community, please reach out to us to inquire.
