About Corvias Military Living
Corvias Military Living is a fully integrated development, construction and property management firm, founded in 1998 to provide dramatically improved housing for America’s service members and their families. Through the Army’s Residential Communities Initiative, Corvias is partnered with the Army in the ownership of approximately 20,000 homes at Forts Meade, Bragg, Polk, Rucker, Riley, Sill, and Aberdeen Proving Ground. Through integration of services, Corvias is able to focus on its core mission—taking care of service members and families. This approach of putting military families’ and service members’ needs first adds value in all aspects of privatized on-post housing. Corvias is broadening its opportunities to provide housing for our country’s military through such projects as the senior unaccompanied housing pilot program for the Army at Fort Bragg: Randolph Pointe. Through its commitment to improving residential experiences for service members and families, Corvias has become the Army’s premier housing partner. Corvias actively seeks to engage local small businesses and subcontractors with the expertise and qualifications to help it meet the expectations and standards of the RCI program.
The U.S. Air Force recently selected Corvias as the highest rated offeror to privatize on-base military family housing for the Air Force Continental Group bases. Corvias Military Living will finance, plan, design, build, renovate, manage and maintain homes on six Air Force bases across the country -- Edwards AFB, Calif.; Eielson AFB, Alaska; Eglin AFB, Fla.; Hurlburt Field, Fla.; McConnell AFB, Kan. and Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C. The Air Force selected Corvias Military Living after a competitive solicitation process led by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE).
About Randolph Pointe
Fort Bragg's Randolph Pointe is one of five Army pilot programs approved in August 2007 to assess the benefits of privatizing senior single or unaccompanied Soldier housing. Since opening, the pilot community has proven its success by achieving near 100% occupancy and demand for further growth.
Funding for Randolph Pointe was made possible by Corvias through Bragg Communities, LLC, the public-private partnership between Fort Bragg and Corvias Military Housing as part of the Residential Communities Initiative (RCI).
As the developer-partner for military housing at Fort Bragg, Bragg Communities, LLC, can offer the economies of scale and professional expertise of on-post housing development, construction and management to construct and maintain an apartment community for bachelor officers and senior enlisted bachelor service members in a cost-effective manner.
