Apply to live at Randolph Pointe
We want to help you make a smooth transition.
Active duty service members are eligible to apply for an apartment at Randolph Pointe prior to reporting to Fort Bragg by filling out an application. Once an application is submitted to the Randolph Pointe Leasing Office, the service member will be placed on the wait list. PCS orders are not required at this point in the application process. Applications are available online or by contacting the Randolph Pointe Leasing Office, and can be submitted in person or by fax, email and standard mail.
Active duty service members applying for a Randolph Pointe apartment will only be assigned an apartment once the following documents have been submitted:
- Copy of most current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
- Copy of current PCS orders
- Valid photo identification (upon personally visiting Randolph Pointe Leasing Office)
Other documents may be required on a case-by-case basis.
