Message from the Business Director
Dear Randolph Pointe Residents,
We have many new residents that have joined us here at Fort Bragg during the big PCS season. We would like to welcome each of your and thank you for allowing us to meet your housing needs. One of the best things about military life is the opportunity to explore. There are several resources to help you get familiar with Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. We here at Corvias have compiled a list of local spots based on our own experiences and feedback from our residents. Click here to learn more about the sites and sounds of Fayetteville. The Original Relocation Guide – Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, and Sandhills Region highlights a variety of places to visit and things to do to help residents learn about the great opportunities that lie outside their door. To order your FREE relocation guide to help you unlock new adventures visit their website. Don’t forget to also check out Fort Bragg MWR to see what is happening in your backyard here.

The picnic pavilion is a fun place to be
One of the many fantastic Randolph Pointe amenities is the picnic pavilion near the mailboxes. If you’re inviting friends and/or family over, don’t forget that this beautiful shaded area is at your disposal! The area is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations are required, of course, and a Wilmington grill is there for you to use at your convenience. Per fire safety, personal grills are not allowed at Randolph Pointe in the common areas, balconies, or patios. When using the grills provided by Randolph Pointe, please remember to remove all trash from the grill area. Please also remember to clean the grills following use – your fellow RP neighbors will appreciate it.
Looking for some last minute summer adventures?
The summer is winding down but there is still plenty of time to enjoy some fun in the sun. To learn more about the various adventures around every corner in North Carolina visit https://www.visitnc.com/outdoor. You can plan camping trips, water adventures, zip line tours, a trip to the beach, or a relaxing day at a local spa.
Refer a friend
Earning $50 has never been easier with the Randolph Pointe referral program. If you refer someone who moves into Randolph Pointe, $50 is yours! If you know someone who is looking to move into Randolph Pointe, encourage them to apply now! The sooner the referral moves into the community, the sooner you will receive your reward.
Here is how it works:
- When you refer someone to Randolph Pointe, give the Community Office a heads-up.
- When your referral applies to live at Randolph Pointe, be sure they note your name as their referral on their housing application.
- Once your referral moves into Randolph Pointe, $50 will be provided to you as a thank you!
Only you can prevent fires
Just a reminder to dispose of cigarette butts properly. Although we have been fortunate for summer showers, the extreme heat continues to make the grass and landscape for susceptible to fires due to cigarette butts and ashes that are not disposed of properly. We love our residents and our community and do not want to see anyone get injured by something that could have been prevented. We appreciate your help in the matter.
PCSing?
If you received PCS orders, do not forget to swing by the community office as soon as you receive them and provide us a copy so that we can help you set up your Notice to Vacate. It is that easy – we want to make your transition to your next duty station as easy as possible.
Green Corner
How can you beat the heat this summer? Avoid using heat generating appliances during the hottest part of the day! Things such as your clothes dryer, oven and dish washer can all generate a lot of heat, which can make it harder to cool your home.
