Business Director Message – You could win big!
It is time for our annual Army Survey and we want to hear from you. We are honored to be able to serve you and your family and want to continue to do the best job that we can. We can’t grow and improve your housing experience unless we hear from you – here is your opportunity! Tell us how we’re doing and you could win big!
Keep an eye out on May 4th for an e-mail from ARMYHousingSurvey@celassociates.com containing a link to your 2017 Army Survey. This important survey will help ensure the continued success of the RCI program in meeting your needs and will help guide the Army and Corvias in the development of future improvements to your community and services. The survey results are confidential, so please share your true opinions and thoughts. All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle to win some great prizes!
Thank you again for allowing us to take care of your housing needs, it is an honor for us.

Mother’s Day Breakfast - May 12th
Join RP on Friday, May 12, and celebrate Mother’s Day! Come have breakfast at the RP Clubhouse from 7:30-10AM to celebrate Mother’s Day. You don’t have to be a mama to come out and enjoy a homemade breakfast like your mother used to make.
Spouse Scholarship applications due May 4
Don’t forget! Applications for the Corvias Foundation $5,000 Educational Grants for spouses of active-duty service members are due Thursday, May 4. The application is available online at corviasfoundation.org.
Randolph Pointe’s pool will open in May
The Randolph Point pool will open on Friday, May 26. Please visit your community’s website for the Corvias community pools’ hours and rules.
All Corvias pools are free of charge for on-post residents to use. Don’t forget your pool pass and military ID! Replacement pool passes are available at your Community Center. Each household is welcome to bring a maximum of four guests.
Need a party / meeting space?
Hosting a party or meeting and need a great space? Don’t forget that the RP Clubhouse is here for your use. You can reserve the center with a $100 refundable deposit! If there are no damages to the center you will receive your deposit back – that means a free rental space for you! A benefit of being a resident with us.
Need Wi-fi?
Please remember that one of the many benefits of living at Randolph Pointe is the use of the internet café inside the Clubroom. The center is available to you 24 hrs which is great since the computer lab in the office is only open during office hours.
Green Corner
Take advantage of spring weather! While the temperatures outside are comfortable, use a window or ceiling fan instead of the air conditioner. A fan only requires a tenth of the energy needed to run an air conditioner.
